We recently had our roof replaced by Roofwerks, and the team was professional, quick, and thorough. While replacing the roof, they were proactive about replacing plywood underneath as needed, and were able to replace some damaged siding and soffits. Fred was very helpful in answering all of our questions and made the process easy. We are happy with their work and the price was reasonable, we would hire Roofwerks again.

Over the past few months, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Fred at Roofwerks, Inc. I purchased both a new roof and gutters, and both projects went exactly as planned and stayed on budget. Too often, the sales team and installers don’t seem to be on the same page, but that was not the case here. So I called roofwerks, and asked if I can have someone check my roof and they said yes of course. I get an appointment and a friendly reminder from Hunter Bolesky. He gets to my house on time and we start talking, he makes me feel like he care, like I am his family member and he will take care of me. He check the Attic and then the roof. He took lot of pictures, we sat down and he was alway so positive and made me feel calm. We talked over the options and what to do. So I made the choice of getting a new roof and going with Roofwerks because how Hunter explained every step of the way. He told me over and over that he would be at the house the whole time the work was being done ( and he was) He also sent lot of picture while the roof was being put on (both days). He told me when they would start and finish everyday. When they finished he sent me a picture of the house with the new roof, it looks great! The clean up was done to perfection. The workers where great! Hunter Bolesky is a man of his word. He was at my house the whole step of the way. What a pleasure to have worked with him I would do it all over again. Pattie Mintz

I had an excellent experience working with Fred Medlin from Roofwerks. From the very beginning, Fred was knowledgeable, professional and incredibly patient in explaining the entire roofing process. He took the time to walk me though the material options, pricing and timelines without any pressure - just honest and clear information in easy to understand language. I felt very confident that the job would be done well, on time and without any surprises knowing that Fred was overseeing the entire project. I would highly recommend Fred to anyone considering repairing or replacing their roof, skylights or gutters.

The Roofwerks team originally replaced the roof on my house in 2018 which came with a 10-year warranty (which is important in the context of this review). The roof held up well for a while but a leak developed in 2025 (about 8 years after the installation). I called Roofwerks about the issue since it was still under warranty. Despite it being close to the December 2025 holidays, they did not hesitate to send someone from their team to inspect and determine next steps. The person that first came out (Fred) was also the same person that I worked with when getting the roof installed originally. A little later they had a crew come by to do a deeper inspection and that crew did a little temporary patching of some nails that had popped up. On a final visit, they actually replaced some of the plywood boards and shingles as a more permanent fix. Overall, I was very impressed with the responsiveness and sense of urgency from the Roofwerks team. They did the right thing by honoring the warranty and I am pleased with the final outcome. It's nice to see a business stand by their work. I would definitely work with this company again.

I want to take a moment to thank Fred with Roofwerks, Inc. I referred him to one of my company’s customers, and I don’t do that lightly. Fred was on time, professional, and extremely thorough. He gave the customer multiple options for her roof and took the time to explain them, rather than just trying to sell a roof and move on. This customer is very particular, and she was genuinely impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. She ultimately chose to move forward with a new roof and was very satisfied with the quality of the work, the price, and the warranty. I’m confident recommending Fred and Roofwerks, Inc., and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them again.

Our involvement with the Roofwerks team was a 5-star experience from beginning to end! Roofwerks is the only roofing company that I would do business with and I highly recommend them. They just replaced the roof on our house and detached garage, and they both look amazing! Chris White and the Roofwerks team are fantastic to work with. Chris thoroughly explained every aspect of the roof replacement process, was quick to respond, and was available throughout the entire procedure. The crew who replaced our roof was also incredible. They worked tirelessly in the 100-degree heat and completed the job in a day and a half. Their attention to detail when installing the roof and the clean up afterwards was meticulousness. All work was completed timely and of very high quality. I have received several comments from neighbors on the quality and the appearance of our new roof.

The roof removal/installation team did a great job. Walking around the house, you can see that all the seams and corners are neat and clean. I worked with Sales Rep/Project Manager Fred Medlin. He checked in before the project started to make sure I was ready, and stopped by each day to talk with the team and review progress with me. I appreciate that the team cleaned up the yard after the job. I have no plans to buy another house, but if I did and a new roof was needed, I would call Fred Medlin.

The skylight to be replaced is large—measuring 46 by 46 inches—and is located on a three-story house, including the basement, making it difficult to access. During the estimation process, one contractor suggested removing the skylight altogether at a price significantly higher than RoofWerks’ replacement quote, and its replacement quote came in at $7,000—nearly three times RoofWerks’ estimate. Another contractor quoted a price 70% higher than RoofWerks. From our conversations, it was clear that these two lacked technical expertise and they wish that we would be ignorant so they could take advantage of us. A third estimator was professional and reasonable but declined the project due to the roof’s height. In contrast, the estimator from RoofWerks stood out as professional, technically competent, and reasonable, with the ability to clearly explain the scope of work. The installation team is very nice and professional and make sure that everything is done properly by double checking. Before they left, got everything clean up and asked me to call them if there is any issue.

I needed a roof! My main concern was the Dutch Colonial roof design of our house and finding a roofer that could provide a quality installation. After inspection by several roofing companies, I selected Roofwerks. The price was competitive, but more importantly the Roofwerks team was responsive from my initial call requesting a quote to all of my multiple questions when I was comparing other quotes. My Project Manager Hunter Bolesky was excellent with communication from initial visit, to quote, to scheduling, to starting date, and remaining at the project location throughout. From the laying of tarps, to tear off of old shingles, to replacement of rotting decking, and new shingles installation, Hunter kept me informed with pictures, texts and calls. He was quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. I could not ask for anything more. Other contractors should model their business after Roofwerks!
